Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis
Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership experience
Must be fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, MS Suite
Must have general knowledge of Extrusion processes

Responsibilities

Drive the day to day operational staffing
Keep an up-to-date schedule posted
Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix
Monitor attendance and manage violations
Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time
Ensure C8 completion
Manage all supplies and tooling orders
Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed
Manage Production Control “Lists”
Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance
Manage/assign labor for each AM
Complete tasks and add comments in EAM
Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads
Review/revise AM tasks as needed
Other tasks as deemed necessary
