About The Position

C-P Flexible Packaging is now hiring NIGHT SHIFT - Extruder Operators Pay starting at $23.13/hour 12-hour Night Shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri, every other Sat Hours: 6pm-6am WHO WE ARE: C-P Flexible Packaging is one of the top 25 flexible packaging companies in the U.S! Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem solving
• Following instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Communicating in a clear manner
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Able to lift, push, pull to 50-80 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing ladders
• Ability to work with high temperature materials
• Ability to work with chemicals for cleaning
• 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Making necessary adjustments to equipment
• Loading and unloading of product using hoist
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Completing required paperwork
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
