About The Position

Learn basic operation of all extruders.
Learn quality standards, monitor quality of finished product.
Maintain communication channels with team members on duty.
Log production, flake and pellet silo runtimes, scrap rate and processing conditions.
Utilize data entry applications.
Assist with troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize tablet-based applications.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong sense of work-area cleanliness.
• Attentiveness to detail.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
