Job duties include, but are not limited to: Make sure the extruder is set to correct settings for product being produced. On sugar cookie lines, make sure flour sifters are set correctly. Ensure main and incline conveyors are dry and set properly, make sure wire conveyors work properly. On sugar cookie lines, ensure flour is spread evenly across the dough after extruder; do not over press dough while spreading flour across. Complete required Quality Reports. Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense. Other duties as assigned.

Assist dough mixers as needed.

Works directly with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Production partners.

Does not supervise anyone.

Ability to use a hoist to maneuver dough tote onto Extruder. (Hoist Certification required every 3 years) Ability to climb ladders frequently. Frequently use small motor skills to be used in the adjustment of the extruder. Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, standing. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of a HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to use a hoist to maneuver dough tote onto Extruder. (Hoist Certification required every 3 years)
• Ability to climb ladders frequently.
• Frequently use small motor skills to be used in the adjustment of the extruder.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, standing.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous bakery experience is a plus.
