Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous packaging or production experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cannabis compliance and handling regulations is a plus.
- Active FA card preferred (note: employees are responsible for renewing expired FA cards at a cost of $300).
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in a full-scrub lab environment.
- Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
