About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter and/or roofer (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry work, including framing, decking, siding, and finishing carpentry.
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.).
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications.
- Inspect roofs and structures for damage and recommend repairs.
- Install flashing, gutters, and related roofing components.
- Follow blueprints, building plans, and safety regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
