General clerical duties to include the following: Maintains Hempstead Hall calendar and UAHT Campus Calendar. Assists in planning meetings and events. Schedules meetings and events in Hempstead Hall including management of databases and records. Input data for Hempstead Hall monitors. Update website data. Sell event tickets through current software. Submits deposits to business office. Prepares invoices for Hempstead Hall. Sorts and distributes mail. Answers Hempstead Hall main telephone line and directs calls. Performs reception duties by greeting guests and directing visitors. Maintains inventory control records. Perform hospitality functions including prepare coffee, set ups, place settings for meetings/events. Inventories, orders and receives supplies. Set up computers, projectors and accessories for Conference Center and Theater users. Assists in set up and operation of audio and visual equipment. Operates and maintains facility equipment. Works a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekdays and weekends. Performs other duties as assigned.
