Tasks include but are not limited to: Coordinate & cooperate with other departments to provide excellent customer service. Ensure proper interchange, constructive placement, classing and reporting of railcars. Update billing & movement records of railcars. Prepare work orders and communicate with customers as needed. Communicate with other railroads to obtain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing railcars. Handle customer service calls. Ensure compliance with all railroad, state and federal rules and regulations. Call transportation crews for duty in accordance with collective bargaining agreements. Update systems and coordinate with managers to finalize crew work assignments. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
