Extra Board Busser
About The Position
Be the energy behind an exceptional dining experience at Emerald Queen Casino, where great service starts with team members who take pride in keeping the floor moving, tables ready, and guests feeling welcomed. As an Extra Board Busser, you play a key role in maintaining a fast, clean, and guest-focused dining environment by resetting tables, keeping the dining area clean and presentable, and assisting wait staff as needed. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys staying active, supporting a team, and delivering high standards of service with flexible shifts. Starting wage is $16.77/hr increasing to $17.31/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Must have good grooming habits and manners
- Ability to follow instructions and provide excellent guest service
- Must have valid Washington State food handler’s card
- Good manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
- Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
