About The Position

The External Stylist is responsible for delivering a personalized, client-first shopping experience that exceeds expectations and fosters long-term relationships. This role combines expert product knowledge with a consultative approach to recommend merchandise tailored to individual preferences. The External Stylist leverages clienteling tools, mobile technology, and loyalty programs to expand business opportunities while maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and compliance. Through teamwork, follow-up, and flexibility, the External Stylist creates a welcoming and collaborative environment that supports both client satisfaction and overall business success.

Requirements

• Motivated and results driven
• Commission sales experience
• Previous retail experience
• Standing, bending, lifting, climbing stairs
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
• Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
• Is knowledgeable and educate self and others on merchandise
• Demonstrate a timely follow-up on customer requests and commitments
• Creates a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
• Utilizes mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
• Effectively utilize available clientele tools to increase personal business
• Frequently advise customers of the benefits of the InCircle program
• Work to develop long term customer relationships
• Help maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
• Ensure audit compliance
• Demonstrate flexibility to the changing needs of the business
