AFMC is looking to contract with RNs and LPEs to complete PASRR Assessments. Compensation is paid by review completed. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Participate in mandatory trainings that include topics such as HIPAA, Privacy and Security, Mandated Reporter. Adhere to policies, procedures, and protocols – provided by AFMC – necessary to provide these services. Perform assigned in person Level II assessments for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), MI, ID/DD assessment based on licensures. Obtain and review all relevant records (medical, psychiatric, social and developmental). Contact caregivers, family members, and providers (as needed) to support accurate assessment. Perform assigned in-person Intellectual Disability/Development Disability Services testing. Maintain knowledge of state and federal PASRR regulations. Participate in periodic training or technical assistance as required. Document Level II assessment recommendations in AFMC system of record (Salesforce). Complete assessments within specified timeframe requirements for each assignment to ensure AFMC meets federal or state guidelines. Each assignment will include a specified assessment due date. Notify AFMC promptly of delays or missing information. Maintain reliable internet with speeds of 2Mbps uploaded to maintain call quality and process integrity. +15Mbps download generally allows more fluid access to data and systems while lower speeds will result in increased lag time.
