The External & Legislative Affairs - State Policy and Community Affairs undergraduate internship is designed for highly qualified students who have an interest in future leadership possibilities. As part of this 10-12 week summer internship, you’ll be immersed in practical experience with industry leaders by way of the following opportunities: Collaboration with a variety of AT&T departments, including Community Affairs, Legislative Affairs, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Sales, Network, Corporate Responsibility and more Education pertaining to interconnections and interdependencies between external affairs and community outreach Participation in professional development workshops Engagement with members of AT&T leadership teams Attendance at high-profile community and civic event What does it take to join our team? Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a preferred academic concentration in Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Pre-Law, or other relevant degree; strong GPA valued Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.) Ability to prepare presentations and correspondence for internal and external audiences Motivated with strong self-learning skills Curious spirit and interest in learning key business processes Passion for political science, community/social impact and/or business law Capacity to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, fluid environment Aptitude to respond to moderate ambiguity and complexity This job assignment location is in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a preferred academic concentration in Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Pre-Law, or other relevant degree; strong GPA valued
