USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST Responsible for managing and resolving escalated issues related to external user accounts for systems such as JWICS, C2IE, AMHS, DCIN-TS, DoD365 (NIPR/SIPR), DEPO, and Organizational Messaging. Handles account lifecycle management, including adding users, updating settings, deleting stale accounts, and managing licenses, while ensuring compliance with IL5/IL6 security standards. Conducts regular audits to verify access controls, identify inconsistencies, and maintain accurate records. Troubleshoots account-related issues, including those involving external business partners, and coordinating with system administrators, external providers, and security teams to ensure seamless workflows. By supporting secure and efficient account management processes, enables uninterrupted access to mission-critical systems while adhering to compliance requirements and organizational objectives. Provide additional Windows System Administrator support on netTerrain and Flexera for application updates, maintenance and support. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
