The Salesperson is responsible for maximizing customer relations and maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior throughout the sales process. The company's brand and reputation rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. In the role you will be: Developing lead generation strategies Maintaining relationships with our existing client base, while establishing new relationships with potential clients Network, and build and foster relationships with strategic partners in the market such as other builders Real Estate professionals, Property Management Companies, and Property investment groups. Meet with homeowners to discuss their needs and propose solutions to address, correct, renovate, and improve their property.
