About The Position

Kyline Consulting is an established exterior construction company expanding into new territories. We are currently building our sales team and looking for motivated, construction-savvy Sales Representatives who want strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunity. This is a commission-only role with uncapped income and company-supported trade show and lead opportunities. 💰 Earning Potential Average project size: $12,000–$25,000+ Commission structure based on experience, performance, and level of project involvement No cap on earnings Realistic earning potential: $70K–$150K+ Reps who are able to confidently manage projects from signed contract through completion have the opportunity to earn at higher commission levels.
