About The Position

This position is in the Adams County Extension Office. Candidate will manage after-school programming at two locations. Duties will include but are not limited to: recruiting volunteers, mentors, and participants, conducting surveys and evaluations, providing hands-on, experiential learning guided by 4-H curriculum, working with schools and community organizations. Candidate will also coordinate summer engagement activities, career exploration events, family orientation meetings, and meet monthly with grant team to ensure grant benchmarks are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Certification or vocational training may be required
• 2 years of relevant experience required

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred
