About The Position
Under supervision of the Extended Care Nurse Manager, the LPN is entrusted with the authority to apply the nursing process in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all acuity levels during scheduled shifts. The LPN upholds professionalism, responsibility, and accountability for the quality of care provided while directing nursing and ancillary care through implementation of nursing standards, PCH policies and procedures, and the PCH Personnel Handbook.
