About The Position
Under supervision of the Extended Care Nurse Manager, the CNA is entrusted with the authority to provide essential patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA upholds professionalism, responsibility and accountability for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with nursing standards, PCH policies and procedures and the PCH Personnel Handbook.
