About The Position

Acura of Ellicott City is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our expanding team! This position is perfect for an experienced, customer-focused professional with strong automotive knowledge and a high level of energy. Serving as the primary link between customers and technicians, you will oversee the repair process, communicate clear expectations, and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under company policy
• At least 21 years of age
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as directed by the Service Manager
• Schedule service appointments and generate repair estimates
• Advise customers on appropriate maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications
• Document repair and service orders accurately and efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply knowledge in daily activities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Provide timely progress updates to customers regarding repair status or changes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
