About The Position

I-5 Cars is seeking a highly motivated Express Service Advisor focused on customer satisfaction. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, accurately identifying vehicle service needs, and ethically recommending maintenance and repair services. The Advisor is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow between customers and technicians, supporting dealership sales, and achieving customer retention goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Determine and recommend required maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
  • Conduct post-repair follow up
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Continue to maintain our company value, quality, and integrity
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
