Requirements

Bilingual Preferred
Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience, preferred
Polished and professional with strong focus on customer satisfaction
Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience.
CDK experience, a plus!
Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Outstanding attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
