About The Position

Join the Nissan Service Center at Giles Automotive Group as an Express Service Advisor , where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our express service lane. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, customer interaction, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll help manage service flow, provide concierge-level care, and ensure every guest has an efficient, positive experience. Requirements

  • Automotive service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
  • Team-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage express service drive lane flow
  • Write and manage service repair orders efficiently
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and maintenance
  • Coordinate technician workflow to maximize productivity
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicles, services, and warranties
  • Assist with parts coordination and basic warranty documentation
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management teams
