About The Position

Capitol Toyota is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our team! The Express Service Advisor position interacts with customers to evaluate vehicle service needs, to offer additional services needed and to write up the repair order. The Express Service Advisors position is responsible for a high level of customer interaction as well as coordinating repair order completion. Requirements

Manufacturer experience preferred
Experience with automotive DMS preferred
Proven success to sell the maintenance services due on a customer’s vehicle
A high level of motivation for customer satisfaction and team building – all with a customer focused attitude
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
