Position Summary: The Sales Support Specialist serves as the bridge between Sales, Clients, and Operations, ensuring that internal processes, client expectations, and operational capabilities remain fully aligned. This role combines client communication, process expertise, and data-driven insights to strengthen collaboration and transparency between front-line sales teams and the operations groups that fulfill and support client needs. The specialist acts as a trusted resource for both internal sales staff and clients, providing clarity on process workflows, assisting with inquiries, collecting and channeling feedback to operations and technology teams, and supporting leadership presentations with meaningful data and insights.
