Express Lube Technician
About The Position

As part of our commitment to excellent customer care, we are seeking a dedicated Express Lube Technician to join our team. The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service while following all safety and shop procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to customer service
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive experience or training is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
- Check tire condition, pressure, and various automotive fluids including brake, transmission, and coolant
- Complete multi-point inspections and document service details accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all shop policies and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory stocking and general shop upkeep to ensure efficient operations
- Attend required meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
