About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Express Lube Technician to join our team at the Honda West Service Center! This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping deliver an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy working on cars, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team — we’d love to meet you! 💪

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
• Knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to others

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commission sales or automotive industry preferred
• Teamwork, communication, organization, adaptability, and a positive attitude 😎

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, replace oil & air filters, and check fluid levels 🛢️
• Inspect tire pressure and lubricate moving parts 🔧
• Keep customer vehicles clean and protected during service ✨
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area 🧹
• Document completed work on repair orders 📝
• Communicate with the parts and service departments
• Properly care for dealership tools and equipment ⚙️
• Report safety concerns or vehicle condition changes promptly 🚨
