Responsibilities

Provide professional and responsive support to internal teams, international customers, and foreign affiliates
Communicate clearly and effectively via email with both internal and external partners
Prepare, review, and maintain export shipping and compliance documentation
Organize and coordinate documentation for weekly international shipments
Track open items, follow up as needed, and help ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and export requirements
