We are hiring at Folino Estate! We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented Expo team members to join our dynamic culinary team. As an Expo, you play a critical role in maintaining smooth communication and workflow between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Full availability during peak shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Maintain proper order flow and communicate priority levels of tickets
Assist in the final presentation and garnishing of dishes before they leave the kitchen
Monitor and restock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
Help set up and maintain cook stations for efficiency and cleanliness
Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, and workstations
Empty and sanitize trash receptacles regularly
Perform other kitchen support tasks as needed
