About The Position

The Expo position at Fielding’ s River Oaks is a key element in creating positive, memorable guest experience. The position primary focus are: 1) make and delivery coffee and non-alcohol beverages to the tables; 2) deliver food to tables using assigned seat numbers. Other tasks apply from time to time

Requirements

  • Delver food and beverages to the guest table using the Pivot Point System
  • Handle food and beverage in accordance with State and County food handler regulations
  • Present a professional, positive, well kempt, well groomed appearance to standard
  • Work with the kitchen and service team to get the right food to the right guest.
  • Be able to handle hot plates safely
  • Have a true happy disposition
  • Like highly fluid situations
  • Be able to think on your feet quickly
  • Demonstrate interest and share knowledge of food
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Able to follow directions

Responsibilities

  • Make coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages to standard and expectation
  • Delver food and beverages to the guest table using the Pivot Point System
  • Handle food and beverage in accordance with State and County food handler regulations
  • Work with the kitchen and service team to get the right food to the right guest
  • Make all coffees and beverages using equipment to stated recipes using stated procedures
  • Consistently search ways to improve and promote a high level of guest service
  • Review and discuss guest and Partner feedback
  • Treat guests and Partners with respect
  • Provide a risk free and safe working environment and experience
  • Apply accurate logic and common sense in decisions making or solving problems
  • Seek expertise help and resources to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay focused and detailed oriented while on duty and work through distractions
  • Able to identify, prioritize activities and modify work routines to eliminate wasted efforts
  • Follow guidelines and rules of Fielding’s culinary group
  • Speak clearly and logically to be understood and get the point across when communicating
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual
