About The Position

The Expert Systems Integrator leads and oversees the integrity of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) enterprise. This role ensures seamless integration and performance across complex systems-of-systems environments-spanning cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures. The Integrator drives planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of innovative solutions using established engineering processes and tools. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education: +4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, or
• +2 years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.
• 18+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry, integrating large, complex System-of-Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Demonstrated experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.
• Prior Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program/project experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI access and successfully pass a polygraph.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts, processes, tools, and languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate GEOINT capabilities.
• Provide a comprehensive systems perspective, including a deep technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments-as well as infrastructure and security domains.
• Oversee the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages, ensuring quality and compliance with mission requirements.
• Lead and mentor teams of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Integrators, fostering collaboration and technical excellence across all project phases.
