Responsibilities
- Program Manager of Fleet Asset Optimization and Utilization to optimize the footprint of PG&E’s fleet and enable cost savings.
- Leads process improvement efforts by providing innovative data solutions to address complex business issues.
- Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
- Works with Functional Area Leaders and Regional Fleet Coordinators to troubleshoot standard adherence challenges.
- Applies advanced knowledge of Fleet Assets to develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives.
- Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E.
- Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact.
- Develops communications and leads change management processes for successful implementation.
