About The Position

Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives. Conducting side-by-side quality assurance reviews with Lean Specialists to assess consistency and effectiveness in program delivery. Managing relationship with and providing direction to vendor(s) Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts Developing, measuring and reporting on success of the program Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach appropriate customer audience at the appropriate time Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners Partnering with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meeting with regulators. Identifying stakeholders and communicate within and outside of PG&E Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels This position will require routine travel of up to 75% within the PG&E Service Territory. Assigned coverage will support Region 1, 2, 3 or Region 3, 4, 5. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent

  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
  • Quality Assurance & Control: Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Process Mapping Expertise: Ability to visualize, analyze, and optimize workflows across diverse functions.
  • Technical Writing: Skilled in developing clear, concise guidance documents and standard operating procedures.
  • Lean Methodologies: Certified in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or recognized as a Certified Problem Solver, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments, fostering alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.

  • Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
  • Develops new or revises existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.
