About The Position

We’re seeking an Expert Systems Integrator to lead and oversee the integrity of a complex systems-of-systems enterprise supporting the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG). In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments—ensuring solutions are planned, integrated, tested, documented, and maintained to deliver timely and accurate GEOINT.
This is a senior, high-impact position for a systems leader who thrives in mission-critical environments and enjoys guiding teams while solving complex integration challenges across government and federal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Equivalent experience accepted: 4 additional years with no degree, or 2 additional years with a non-STEM degree.
• 18+ years of systems integration experience supporting large, complex Systems of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.
• Prior experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs or projects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, or the ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including relevant processes, tools, and modeling languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support accurate and timely GEOINT delivery.
• Maintain a total systems perspective, with deep technical understanding of system relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Oversee planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions using defined processes and tools.
• Direct the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Integrators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and mission domains to ensure integrated, secure, and scalable solutions.
