Join a Force for Good.   This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Nestlé Regional Globe Office North America Inc. seeks multiple Expert IT Business Systems- Demand & Supply Planning in St. Louis MO   Duties: Provide specialist consultancy, guidance, and support in specific technology in operational effectiveness and efficiency. Participate in all deployment phases including design, build, test, cutover, and post-go-live support. Contribute technical, architectural, and functional expertise to benefit the business’s planning community. Improve the demand and supply planning system capabilities to support the supply chain function in its development of strategy. Identify gaps in existing SAP, APO, OMP Unison systems, and demand and supply planning processes and determine options for improvement and automation. Help teams from various organizations to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IT strategy, security, compliance, and risk management. Facilitate the delivery of training to the end users, deployment, and support teams. Advise on options and risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities. Support the business relationship managers and IT product managers to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders. Ensure that program development, logic, process flows, and specifications are analyzed, documented, and tested. Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain. Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IT requirements. Telework is acceptable up to 3 days per week. Multiple roles.

Requirements

  • Job requires Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst or closely related occupation within the manufacturing industry.
  • 3 years of experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
  • 3 years of experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • 3 years of experience developing technical POCs to improve business outcomes
  • 2 years of experience working in solution integration
  • 2 years of experience in the full life cycle of implementing the OMP operational planning software
  • 2 years of experience performing facilitation and training platforms
  • 2 years of experience generating and testing new technology for economic viability and technical feasibility
  • 2 years of experience in product and service management.
