The Expert Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and strategic coordination across a 200-person HCP Sales, Marketing, and Operations organization distributed throughout the U.S. This role delivers direct administrative support to the VP Expert while also serving the broader Expert community through budget ownership, vendor oversight, team operations, onboarding, logistics, and day-to-day issue resolution. The Coordinator serves as a critical point of connection between Expert and the broader US Commercial organization, helping ensure seamless processes, consistent communication, and operational excellence across the team. This position requires strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
