Whether it’s a high-end brand activation in NYC or a neighborhood bar in Nashville, our booths bring people together and make moments last. The Role Lead Experiential Strategy Define how the Majestic brand shows up in physical environments and live experiences Design immersive guest journeys that reflect our luxury aesthetic and storytelling Build scalable experiential concepts that can expand into multiple markets Develop Creative Spaces Partner with designers, architects, agencies, and production teams to create inspiring brand environments Ensure all experiences meet Majestic’s design, hospitality, and quality standards Oversee creative execution from concept through final activation Create Events & Brand Moments Lead experiential programming within Majestic spaces Plan and execute private events, curated brand experiences, and partner activations Continuously evolve experiences to keep the environment fresh and culturally relevant Collaborate with Marketing & Content Transform Majestic spaces into powerful content backdrops for social, video, and campaigns Partner with marketing to maximize PR moments and brand storytelling Create experiences designed to generate organic social sharing and brand buzz Drive Brand Growth Elevate client and partner experiences through thoughtful in-person activations Track and report on experiential impact across brand awareness and revenue opportunities Support major brand activations in Nashville, Los Angeles, New York City, and beyond

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or creative marketing
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to execute ideas in physical environments
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, designers, vendors, and production teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • A hospitality-driven mindset and passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus
