As Experiential Development & Projects Manager, you’ll help bring our physical spaces to life across multiple clubs and markets. This role blends capital projects, special initiatives, and creative problem-solving, supporting everything from infrastructure upgrades to imaginative, experience-driven improvements. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams at both Lakeshore and Elite to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, well executed, and aligned with how our members experience our clubs every day. This is not a traditional construction or facilities role. We’re looking for someone who can manage timelines, vendors, and budgets — while also being inspired by hospitality, environment, and experience. Someone who can ask not only “How do we build this?” but “How will this feel when members walk through the door?”
