About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX. This position involves tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. The specialist will assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance. Responsibilities also include processing documentation for repair items and warranty claims, managing performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance. The role supports internal strategic efforts through special projects and engages stakeholders to integrate program, customer, and vendor needs, while mitigating risks and issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience in customer support
5+ years of experience with managing/interfacing with suppliers
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
5+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
