About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role involves tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer material and delivery requirements, processing customer orders, and assisting in the analysis of supplier and customer data related to products, services, repair capabilities, capacity, and performance. The specialist will also manage documentation for repair items and warranty claims, oversee supplier performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance. The position includes supporting internal strategic efforts through special projects and engaging stakeholders to integrate program, customer, and vendor needs, while also mitigating risks and issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience in customer support
5+ years of experience with managing/interfacing with suppliers
ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
5+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

Responsibilities
