About The Position

Keffer Mazda is seeking an Experienced Service Department BDC Representative to join our team in Huntersville, NC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through service completion. You will work closely with the service team to schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and provide exceptional service support that reflects the high standards of Keffer Mazda.

Requirements

Experience in automotive service department customer care or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Reliable transportation to and from the dealership in Huntersville, NC.

Proficiency with phone systems and dealership CRM software a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule customer service appointments efficiently and accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and upcoming maintenance.
Maintain detailed customer records and ensure accurate data entry into dealership systems.
Work collaboratively with the service advisors and technicians to optimize customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service appointments timely.
Promote service promotions and maintenance packages to customers when appropriate.
