About The Position

BMW of Freehold is expanding! We have a brand-new, spectacular, state-of-the-art, showroom and we are searching for high-performing, BDC to support our award-winning sales team. Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required. Highline experience is a plus! We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused. Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must! We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambitious

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required
• Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must!
• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Outstanding follow up skills
• Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale
• Team player
• Strong communication skills –verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
