About The Position

Audi of Indianapolis is looking for a full-time, top-performing individual to join us as an Experienced Service Advisor ! The ideal candidate is someone who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They should have a deep understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures, allowing them to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Xtime, Dealertrack, etc.).
  • Must be professional at all times and be calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A polished, professional demeanor that aligns with luxury brand expectations.
  • Required - Valid driver license with a clean driving history required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide a warm, professional, concierge-level service experience.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and additional service needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Write accurate repair orders that reflect customer concerns and technician findings.
  • Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repair flow.
  • Provide accurate estimates for all repairs, maintenance services, and additional recommended work.
  • Review completed repairs with customers and explain findings in an understandable manner.
  • Identify and recommend maintenance services that align with manufacturer standards and vehicle condition.
  • Achieve service sales targets while maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Promote dealership programs, warranties, and service packages.
