Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and listen attentively to their needs.
  • Act as a liaison, accurately translating repair and maintenance requirements to technicians.
  • Suggest additional services with integrity, focusing on customer value.
  • Provide transparent and accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
  • Uphold dealership policies related to vehicle care and operation.
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress and follow up as needed.
  • Handle sales and management of extended warranties.
  • Inspect repair quality and verify all work is complete before vehicle return.
  • Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is ready.
  • Clearly explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
  • Address minor customer concerns and complaints tactfully.
  • Inform the Service Manager of any issues or potential issues.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores according to dealership standards.
