Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant preferred, but not required
Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system

Responsibilities

Greeting members and guests and providing exceptional dining experience
Having extensive menu knowledge
Being a resource of knowledge about our wines and spirited drinks
Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
Assist with special events or services as needed
Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space with tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions
Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
