About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in both the restaurant and bar environments. This dual-role position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences. The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing attentive table service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to multitask seamlessly between bar and floor service, and a commitment to upholding high service standards. Schedule: Part-time; must be available for AM/PM shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

Previous experience as both a restaurant server and a bartender is required
Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor conditions as needed

Responsibilities

Provide a full-service dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests
Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, wine, and beer selections.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas
Accurately process guest payments following established procedures
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
Support team members by assisting with drink preparation and service needs
Restock bar and service areas, ensuring all items are properly stored and readily available
Promote specials, events, and upsell menu offerings
Address guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance the overall experience
Report maintenance or operational concerns to management
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Ensure all cash handling and end-of-shift procedures are completed accurately
