Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Self-motivated with strong closing ability
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, building rapport and identifying vehicle needs
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, features, trims, and financing options
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to generate appointments and close sales
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and timely updates
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Ensure a smooth handoff to finance and service departments
