At Jim Shorkey Austintown, Ohio, you'll be more than just a salesperson. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping our customers find the perfect Kia to fit their needs and lifestyle. Here's what you'll be doing: Build rapport with customers and understand their needs Showcase our exciting lineup and feature-rich technology Assist with test drives and answer customer questions Negotiate deals and secure financing options Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire car-buying journey Participate in sales goals and achieve targets We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential Paid training and development program Supportive and collaborative work environment Potential for growth within the Jim Shorkey family Full medical/vision/dental packages Plus so much more! Schedule: Must be able to work this schedule weekly Monday & Thursday 9am-8pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm
Requirements
- Experience in auto sales of at least 1+ years is required
- Ability to be able to follow organized processes
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus and a commitment to building relationships
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Availability to work evenings & Saturdays
