Join Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute and become part of one of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations. We are expanding with a new, one-million-square-foot, 15-floor, state-of-the-art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions — including spine injuries, epileptic seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. In this role, RNs will work within 36 pre/post bays. We are welcoming new caregivers to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. Join us and be part of the next wave of transformative care at Cleveland Clinic. The Neuro Pre/Post Operating Room also known as Neuro Peri-Op is a newly established unit in the state-of-the-art Neuro Building, designed to support patients through every stage of the surgical experience. This 36-bed unit brings together Pre-Op and Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU) into one cohesive, flexible environment, where nurses are cross-trained to care for patients both before and after surgery. Focused exclusively on neurology patients, the team provides a seamless, specialized care journey from initial surgical preparation through immediate recovery within a space built specifically to advance neuro care. Caring for a diverse adult neurology population, the unit manages a full spectrum of surgical needs, from same-day procedures to high-acuity post-operative recovery. Nurses are equipped with critical care competencies to support complex cases, while pediatric neurology patients are cared for in collaboration with specialized pediatric nurses. Close partnership with the Operating Room and PACU teams ensures a highly coordinated, team-based approach, supported by strong leadership and shared governance. This forward-thinking unit offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering expert neuro care across the entire perioperative experience.
