About The Position

Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team, dedicated to managing luxury multifamily communities with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee property operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure the financial success and growth of our properties. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders with a proven track record of managing multifamily housing, adept at fostering community engagement and managing budgets effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing luxury or multifamily residential properties.
Strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred).
Demonstrated success in financial management, including budgeting and NOI optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stress effectively.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of luxury multifamily communities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Lead and motivate on-site property teams to achieve operational and resident service goals.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate vendor relationships and manage capital improvement projects.
Implement strategies to maximize resident retention and community engagement.
