Experienced Property Manager
About The Position
Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in managing multifamily residential properties and a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates, strong resident satisfaction, and effective team leadership. This role requires dedication to excellence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of property operations including financial management, maintenance, leasing, and compliance. As an Experienced Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for leading on-site teams, managing vendor relationships, implementing resident retention programs, and ensuring the property meets community standards. You will play a key role in sustaining property value and fostering a positive living environment for our residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years property management experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi Voyager.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local property regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience managing property budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are a plus.
